Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request to cancel an order only before it has been processed or shipped.

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
• Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM
• Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must instead be handled through our return process.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

• Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method

• Depending on your bank or card issuer, additional time may be required for the refund to appear on your account

Shipping & Cancellation

Once an order has been shipped:

• Cancellation is no longer possible
• Customers must follow the return process after delivery
• If the customer placed an incorrect order, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
