1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship only within the United States. Orders placed outside the United States cannot be processed at this time.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders. There are no additional shipping or handling charges.

3. How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (local business time)
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

4. How long does delivery take?

  • Shipping transit time: 4–7 business days
  • Total estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • If a customer places an incorrect order, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Returns are processed within 7 business days after the item is received

10. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • Email the photos to our customer support team
  • Damage claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Without sufficient proof of damage, we may be unable to issue a refund, replacement, or store credit.

11. What if my order is delayed or lost?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team. We will assist you in tracking the shipment and resolving the issue with the carrier.
